1.3 TAXES AND OTHER FEES / Customs Duties:
Transportation costs, customs fees and taxes will be the customer's responsibility.
Due to different customs policies and import duties, stylingstories.com has no control over any costs that may be applied upon arrival of an order at the country of destination so it is not possible to predict the exact amount of these duties. If in doubt you should contact your local customs before placing your order to see the applicability of those duties and what are the customs costs. Note that orders placed for delivery within the EU are not subject to customs duties
1.4 STOCK-OUTS
Not ensure the delivery times mentioned during periods of promotions, sales, Christmas and rupture of stock.
1.5 RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your return has justified reason as the existence of a defect, the Styling Stories bear the costs of shipping and return. If your return has been made for other reasons than those justified the existence of defect, Styling Stories doesn’t make the reimbursement of costs of shipping and for exchange; the shipping costs will also be the responsibility of the customer. The Styling Stories reserves the right to not refund the charges for the postage initially paid by the customer for the respective order.
Refunds will be made based on the payment method. If the customer make the payment by ATM reference is necessary that the client give your bank details to our Customer Service, for we start the return process. This indication is necessary to we can reimburse the money to your account. The customer will receive a refund after the product(s) has (have) been returned (s) and processed (s).
1.6 TAXES OF RETURNS
The transport costs caused by the return, dissatisfaction or other reason outside the responsibility of Styling Stories are borne by the customer. In the case of an exchange the customer will also bear the costs of the second item shipping. The Styling Stories do not accept returns sent freight prepaid or cash on delivery. Returns will only be accepted within the stipulated period and exchanges are subject to stock availability.
For your security we recommend that you send by registered mail (track code).
1.7 RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
The customer has the right to return products delivered if it is found that they have defects or nonconformities in relation to other products ordered. The refund can be made within 14 days after receipt of order. This does not affect your statutory rights. If your complaint is justified, the order and the shipping cost will be refunded.
In the event of a defect item, you may contact us by our customer support email: sales@stylingstories.com with “Defective product ordered” on subject of email. Our team will respond with all the information and support on how to proceed to the return of the order.
1.8 REFUND
The refund will be done electronically according to the order payment method chosen by the customer.
For returns of defective item or unavailability of stock, Styling Stories reserves within 15 to 30 days to make any repayment. In case of exchange, if the new order is higher cost, the user must pay the difference, joining the exchange request payment of outstanding.
1.9 RETURN OF ITEMS BY RESIGNATION
The Styling Stories accept Returns and Exchanges according to current law on distance selling and e-commerce, respecting the Decree Law 143/2001, the Decree Law 07/2004, as well as other legal provisions that apply to this business.
The Styling Stories will be screened the item returned and if meets the conditions for exchange / return, get in touch with the brand to complete the exchange or return process of the product.
Will be recognized to exchange/ return not satisfied by the customer or damaged item or defective. In these cases the brand agrees to accept return of the item.
Will not be acceptable to exchange/return items of:
- Underwear
- Lingerie
- Beachwear and bath clothes
- Earrings and Hair Accessories
- Personalized Items
- Fur articles and special leathers
- Party and Ceremony items
- Cosmetics Articles
- Perishable items / food
The items will only be exchanged or returned if the following conditions are present:
• The product has not been washed or used (unless the product contains no information to the contrary, the customer has the right to try on clothes and shoes to test the size and shape, but cannot use them);
• The product maintains its original features and the packaging is not damaged (open carefully packaging will not be considered damaged);
• The product is complete (eg both items of a pair must be returned);
• The pieces should be in perfect condition and with label and / or packaging;
The client will have a period of 48 hours to email us (sales@stylingstories.com) reporting the intention of Exchange or return and have to make the dispatch of the return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
In case of refund, the payment will be made in the same way of the payment method ordered.
